SDUSD: Capital Improvement Projects
San Diego Unified School District capital improvement bond funds Proposition S and Z, and Measures YY and U provide $11.6 billion to design and construct clean, safe, environmentally friendly facilities that encourage successful teaching and learning at schools throughout the District.
CBSI has been partnering with District Architects to provide relocation design and management for the whole site modernization projects throughout the District. The scope of the projects include:
- Design development to include field surveys, inventory, and move matrix.
- Detailed move plan and specifications for inclusion in the General Contractor bid package.
- Project schedule and phasing plan in alignment with the stakeholder requirements.
- Relocation planning and transition management.
- Onsite move management including pre-move coordination, materials deliveries, site walks, and mover oversight.
