San Diego Corporate Relocation

CBSI continues our work with local corporate clients managing a move of over 1,000 staff to a newly expanded location. Our team completed the multi phase relocation in 2019 which included moving from two leased locations occupying approx. 75,000 square feet (sf) to a new headquarters building with 158,000 sf. The project also included a restack of 300 staff members in their existing 155,000 sf headquarters.

CBSI managed the procurement of the moving company which included RFP development, site bid walks at 4 locations, and contracting.
