Power Plant Upgrades
CBSI was responsible for developing the project scope, managing design process, managing the contractor RFP process, and providing Project Management services for multiple phased projects at this existing generation facility that was taken over by our client. The project were:
– Installation of Enhanced Video Surveillance and Access Control System
– Installation of Steel Decks, Platforms, and Stairs for Safety Improvements
– Surface Preparation, Abrasive Blasting, Priming, and Painting of Entire Plant
