Pathways Center Parking Lot Project

CBSI continues our work with Pathways Church managing the maintenance and repair of their commercial property. Our CBSI team managed the removal and replacement of 35,000 square feet of asphalt, updated ADA accessibility, and replacement of the 260 foot concrete swale. The project was completed with sealing and striping of the 100,000 square foot parking lot.

The project, funded by the R3 campaign, wraps up the renewal of Pathways Center which has included installation of solar panels as well as a refresh of the property with new roofing, wood facade and paint.
