Padre Dam – Active Recreation Water Amenity

CBSI provided consulting services to Padre Dam Municipal Water District as they solicited Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the development and operation of a new active recreation water amenity (ARWA) adjacent to Santee Lakes Recreation Preserve. Padre Dam envisions the development and operation of an ARWA on 13-acres of land north of Santee Lakes, through a private-public partnership. Options for development include a surf park, cable park, aquatic zone, as well as restaurant and retail amenities.
