CBSI continues our work with local corporate clients looking to ‘right-size” their organization to meet current needs. Our manufacturing client is the price-performance leader for tactical military communications equipment recognized globally for performance, ease of operation, serviceability and low life-cycle cost. The CBSI team supported the organization as they transition from their 100,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant to a 45,000 sq. ft. facility in Vista. The management team is provided space planning, TI support, inventory, relocation coordination, mover selection and oversight.
