EDF Renewable Energy:Campus Master Planning and Restack Project
Role: CBSI provided project management and facilities planning services to redesign 3 floors (68,000 square feet) of office space. This project included Space Allocation/Master Planning for a 250 employee restack and added high density file storage systems. The planning process mapped efficiencies, concepts, and operational optimizations, and provided departmental growth campus-wide at an average of 40%.
