Bridge Crane Construction

CBSI managed the construction of a 65-ton capacity bridge crane for use in maintenance of two gas turbines.  Our responsibilities included developing a project scope, managing design process, managing the contractor RFP process, and providing Project Management services through entire design-bid-build-closeout process at a generation facility.
