Gantry Crane Construction

CBSI managed the construction of an 80-ton capacity rolling gantry crane for use in maintenance of a steam turbine and generator.  Our responsibilities included developing a project scope, managing design process, managing the contractor RFP process, and providing Project Management services through entire design-bid-build-closeout process at a generation facility.
