At CBSI our team runs on coffee. Inspired by our recent work with Sundt Construction, the CBSI family completed a refresh on our office, building off the idea of gathering around the table for a cup of coffee. To change a culture, sometimes you have to start with the environment. By adding a focal wall, a large table to gather, and of course the coffee bar we created a space to build relationships and the business.
